He opens the session by reminding the students that there may be extreme emotions to face during this month, but with willingness and an open mind we can expect many miracles and synchronicities to carry us along. A question on going backward on the spiritual journey. 4. Is being gay an abomination? 5. Paramahansa Yogananda and eastern philosophy. 6. Abuse and victimization. 7. Sickness.
Let your sleeping mind be reminded of the very important awareness that you are complete and healed and whole, and let nothing convince you otherwise. If you reacting to a situation in the world by feeling upset, you are reacting to something that is already over and gone. Only false interpretation is upsetting, and you have the power to accept the Holy Spirit’s interpretation of the world instead.
One of the early ACIM lessons is, ‘I have invented the world I see.’ W-32. Everything in this linear world is a projection from the ego. When we perceive murder or victimhood, it is an attack thought in the mind, projected out onto the world. Listening and following the Spirit is the way to transforming the wrong-minded thinking into right-minded thinking. There is one problem, and one solution!
When answering the call from Spirit, it always seems to bring up fear. Declare you willingness to be used by Spirit, and let resistances and fears of loss arise. On this path, you will always be reassured you do not need to be perfect before you begin to share and extend the message of perfection. Part of your need to extend the message is to allow this function to wash your mind of fear and doubt. All that you teach is ultimately for yourself!
