See the Whole Where Pieces Once Seemed to Be – The ego-made perception hides reality behind a cracked mirror with fragmented pieces, where everything is seen as its own separate piece, a person, a cat, an atom. When we perceive only the pieces, it gets very confusing. When we focus on the parts, we open our mind to the thought of attack. Deep inside we know, seeing the world as a whole is the answer to our happiness.
Purpose at the Monastery – David Hoffmeister talks about allowing healing of the mind that removes the blocks to knowing our true purpose. Our goal, function, purpose, and lives are all guided by our desire for inner peace. And we are given blessed, inspired ways to collaborate with the Holy Spirit and pour our whole hearts into being of service!
Mysticism or Secular Experience? – In this brief session, David Hoffmeister offers us insights on how to be in full alignment with the Holy Spirit. We are invited into silence so we may be called into the very depth of our being. The belief in the ego is the belief in death, and yet, death is an unreal thought that God did not create!
What Is Christ’s Vision? – We need to be taught innocence as little children because we are brought up with the ego’s way of adding meaning to and sorting out the reasons and purposes of the world. It wants us to take sides of what is good and what is bad, and it wants us to keep asking ourselves to make decisions in the world, based on whom the ego tells us to be. This is where all the chaos comes from. We have to unwind from it all by following the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Like in children’s eyes, everything is miraculous. Everything is perfect. No bad guys, no good guys, no sides. Just innocence and trust. That is our way of learning how to perceive a new world, perceive Christ’s vision. How Can I Have a Direct Experience? – David Hoffmeister invites us to recognize the one Source, one purpose, and one Voice! He also shares about the helpfulness of movie watching as a way to tap into what the ego is trying to cover up.
