Collaboration for Healing the Mind – David Hoffmeister shares on the theme of using relationships for Awakening. David also shares on soulmates, the Atonement, “the script is written,” (W-158.4:3) the resurrection, the Take Me Home documentary, and guidance and collaboration!
Trust, Follow, Be Taken Care Of – Join David Hoffmeister as he looks at the importance of trust and following guidance as a means to the end. Other themes include fear of hurting other people’s feelings, control, releasing family people-pleasing, and releasing false responsibilities to give way for our true responsibility—our state of mind. Near the end of the session, everyone listened to the song “You raise me up,” and tears of concern and release were felt. Laughter erupted and the Spirit poured through with deep healing and bursting, cascading laughter.
There are no beliefs in Heaven. The only helpful belief in the world is forgiveness. Forgive your brother’s beliefs. Whatever you pathway may be, you want to share your miracles. Live and let live through your joy and inspiration, rather than judging the world. Watch and give no power to the thoughts of the ego. When you lead a devoted life, you can afford to be an open book, to live transparently. Be a witness to Love!
How can I practice being truly helpful? Often in this world you might find yourself wanting to be helpful and then feeling conflicted, wondering: “How did this happen? How did I get in so much conflict? I was trying to help.” Let Spirit show you the difference between false and true empathy. The more you join with the Holy Spirit on this journey and practice true empathy, the more you experience that the fears in your mind simply melt away.
One of the early ACIM lessons is, ‘I have invented the world I see.’ W-32. Everything in this linear world is a projection from the ego. When we perceive murder or victimhood, it is an attack thought in the mind, projected out onto the world. Listening and following the Spirit is the way to transforming the wrong-minded thinking into right-minded thinking. There is one problem, and one solution!
