Everything you perceive is in your mind, but your perception is distorted. It’s like this cosmos is like a giant, cracked mirror that shattered into trillions and trillions of pieces. In this shattered mirror there is no sense of harmony, no sense of lasting harmony. All symbols you perceive seem to only reflect fragmentation. In The Matrix, Neo meets his teacher Morpheus and takes the red pill to learn the truth; he encounters a cracked mirror and reaches over to touch it with a sense of curiosity, and the mirror becomes whole; all the cracks vanish. This is a symbol of healing perception and that is what this path is all about: allowing the Spirit to heal your perception and see everything wholly and holy! See that there never was a crack in the mirror at all!
