What Is the Forgiven World? – In this online retreat, David shares that the forgiven world is being in the Presence of God’s Love, to be in the present moment. Imagine how happy you would be if you didn’t perceive any error. No matter what anybody said or did, you would still be in the divine flow. You would have no need to correct anybody, no need to fix anybody. You would have no need to change any person, place, or circumstance. You would have no need to please anybody either. To be in that experience, we have to be with the Spirit, and when we open our hearts to that vision, we can truly feel that everything works together for good.
How Can I Have Fun with Spiritual Awakening? – David Hoffmeister shares about the previous night’s movie, Yesterday, and reminds us about the Beatles’ influence on our mind and John Lennon’s extension of love through the music. David also shares his own journey with Jesus and A Course in Miracles. He emphasizes the importance of purpose and talks about how we are getting ready to move into a new phase and how to use the symbols for Awakening. David gives a beautiful context for the Living Miracles spiritual community and how it was founded, as well as how he received guidelines for the community in the form of “No people-pleasing and no private thoughts.”
Seek within and Find Everything You Truly Desire – When aligning with the ego’s thought system, we are forever chasing future happiness and are never satisfied with our current situation. As we turn our lives over to the Spirit, we discover that everything we ever sought outside of ourselves is within: true freedom, happiness, and everlasting peace. Other topics in this talk include: discerning between the ego and the Holy Spirit, family relationships, letting go of our attempts to control the world of form and accepting that the only thing we can control is our state of mind.
A Journey to Wholeness – An interview about David’s biographical and inward journey to Wholeness. Beginning with questions of childhood, and school, and geographic location, the interview then shifts to important and salient points along the way. He also addresses the themes of guidance, specialness, and the Holy Spirit’s use of symbols for healing.
