Community Life in Oneness and Love – The call to community can require coming into contact with the deep calling of the heart to forgive illusion and awaken to the Love of God. It is important to be aware of the purpose for community living, for the purpose you bring is the interpretation you experience. David discusses the practical steps you can take that will help guide you on your spiritual journey.
David Hoffmeister explains what is meant by the Bible, when it tells us, “Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the Earth.” (Matthew 5:5) We are not to attempt to teach what we believe by confronting, converting, or changing anybody around us; rather, we are to allow the shift in awareness, and step into that experience of the miracle ourselves.
David shines light on our limited ideas around “life” and “death.” Our belief in when we die reflects our deep belief that we are bodies “living” in a world of space and time. As we release these false concepts we can laugh at the idea of death and know ourselves as the eternal, living Christ. Other themes include: trust, guidance, reincarnation and living in divine providence.
The more you give yourself over to the joy of the Spirit, the more you see that your Plan Bs avail you nothing. The world’s mantra that we need to plan for the future and be prepared for all situations is not our real concern. Our real fear is present joining. As we give up our little plans and align our mind with the Spirit’s plan, we experience life as a joyful, spectacular unfolding.
Release all concepts of linear time, and everything learned. Time is an add-on to perfection, and that acts as a veil to the awareness of Love. You are invited to accept your Calling into the holiest of functions—forgiveness! This will bring you into an experience of stillness and joy beyond all the concepts of the world. Real happiness comes from the ability to look within and to see that you are truly loved.
