Beyond the surface images of sickness are firmly held beliefs. Behind this “smoke screen” of thoughts is the discovery that there are really no health issues. When you go into this deeply enough, you begin to see that there is nothing outside of your mind. Bring all your concepts of yourself to the truth and watch the illusions disappear.
As we allow our minds to be trained and we become uncompromising in our desire for truth, we can start to have fun with this world of hypothetical thinking. The Holy Spirit leads us from the heavy burden of identity-confusion into the lightness of being Christ-Identified.
How can I practice being truly helpful? Often in this world you might find yourself wanting to be helpful and then feeling conflicted, wondering: “How did this happen? How did I get in so much conflict? I was trying to help.” Let Spirit show you the difference between false and true empathy. The more you join with the Holy Spirit on this journey and practice true empathy, the more you experience that the fears in your mind simply melt away.
