Purpose at the Monastery – David Hoffmeister talks about allowing healing of the mind that removes the blocks to knowing our true purpose. Our goal, function, purpose, and lives are all guided by our desire for inner peace. And we are given blessed, inspired ways to collaborate with the Holy Spirit and pour our whole hearts into being of service!
Mysticism or Secular Experience? – In this brief session, David Hoffmeister offers us insights on how to be in full alignment with the Holy Spirit. We are invited into silence so we may be called into the very depth of our being. The belief in the ego is the belief in death, and yet, death is an unreal thought that God did not create!
What Is Christ’s Vision? – We need to be taught innocence as little children because we are brought up with the ego’s way of adding meaning to and sorting out the reasons and purposes of the world. It wants us to take sides of what is good and what is bad, and it wants us to keep asking ourselves to make decisions in the world, based on whom the ego tells us to be. This is where all the chaos comes from. We have to unwind from it all by following the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Like in children’s eyes, everything is miraculous. Everything is perfect. No bad guys, no good guys, no sides. Just innocence and trust. That is our way of learning how to perceive a new world, perceive Christ’s vision. How Do We Surrender to This Great Call of Love? – In this talk, David Hoffmeister invites us to follow our heart, to want God so much that we devalue the things of Earth, to go beyond practice and merge into the holy instant. So when we meet someone, we experience the maximal opportunity for deep joining and joy in the present moment!
How Can I Live an Inspired Life? – Fragmented perception is the problem, and happily, trust is the answer to all perceptual problems. David Hoffmeister shares parables from his perceptual dreamscape of how he transferred trust to Jesus and the Holy Spirit and away from the ego. David reminds us that all circumstances and situations are a prearranged plan to provide us with opportunities to let go of the ego.
