How Can I Find Eternal Happiness?

“The ego itself is a mistake. It’s a mistake that generates lots of other mistakes, we’ll say trillions, gazillions of mistakes. But the whole problem is forgetting the Word and taking on the mistakes. And in relation to this world, it seems like a habitual problem of believing in mistakes. So my question always to Jesus was, ‘Okay, now what? I forgot the Word. I took on a mistake. Now what? How do I perceive?’ He says, ‘You must first see that the mistake is in your mind.’ I said, ‘Okay, can you tell me more?’ He said, ‘Mistakes are never in bodies. Your body has never made a mistake.’ I said, ‘That’s radical. Are you sure? I don’t think my parents would agree. Because they used to tell me, “Dirty, no good, rotten bum. Get a job.” I felt like I had mistakenly done something wrong to draw those words.’ He said, ‘No, you’ve never done anything wrong in the body, and you’ve never done anything right in the body.’

This is Jesus’ non-dual teachings. I said, ‘Well, maybe you need to tell me more. I don’t know if I really get that.’ He said, ‘Well, the ego made the body, and the Holy Spirit uses the body as a learning device for your sleeping mind. That’s all it is.’ He said, ‘But learning devices cannot make mistakes of themselves. It’s only the misinterpretation of the learning device is a mistake, so the ego’s view of the body is a mistake. But that’s a mistake you can correct with the Holy Spirit in your mind. But you should never blame the body for anything that it does or for what you think it should have done that it didn’t do, because learning devices do not commit errors.’”
